Deposit

Once your reservation is confirmed to your satisfaction, a deposit of 50% of the total cost will be required to secure your booking with the relevant hotel(s). This deposit ensures that your reservation is held and monitored.

Balance Due

To avoid any misunderstandings during check-in, we pre-pay for your hotel rooms before your arrival. The remaining balance is typically due 1-2 weeks before your arrival, depending on the hotel and the season. Please note that during high and peak seasons, some hotels or resorts may require full pre-payment upon confirmation of your reservation. Once payment is complete, a copy of the Hotel Voucher will be sent to you via fax or email.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance must be settled two weeks before the day of arrival/tee off day.

Methods of Payment

• Cash: Thai Baht (THB)
• QR Code Payment: Via Mobile Banking Application (available for authorized banks in Thailand, no administrative fee will be charged).
• Important Note: All bank charges and fees are the responsibility of the client.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the tour has commenced or for any unused services such as activities, accommodation, meals, or other inclusions.

Passports and Visas

It is your responsibility to ensure that you possess a valid passport and visa (if required) for entry into Thailand.

Complaints

If you encounter any issues or are dissatisfied with any part of your holiday, please contact the service provider and a Taigolf representative immediately. This will allow us to take prompt corrective action.

Liability

Taigolf acts as an intermediary between airlines, hotels, transportation providers, tourist offices, and other service contractors. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by our clients. Any additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disasters, political actions, or unrest must be borne by the client. Participation in our program implies acceptance of these conditions.
